Bikes are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to ensure your ride arrives safely.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that have been ridden.
Do n+ bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
